Created in 2004, Agema-Atheo is a small French company that manufactures medicalized bathing and showering products, to support the daily lives of people with reduced mobility and their caregivers.Jean-Claude Huguet was the father of Theo, a 4-year-old boy who became quadriplegic following an accident in 1998. Coming back home from the hospital, the family quickly noticed that the house was unsuitable for him. His dad decides to create a piece of equipment that allows him to bathe Theo safely and gives it his name.And there was born the first Atheo bath. You can put it on a bathtub and fold it back up after its use. It allows both to secure the patient while bathing and to relieve the caregiver who no longer needs to bend.For over 15 years, Jean-Claude Huguet and Frederic Chavigneau have used their expertise to serve Theo and many others. Today, Agema-Atheo has 8 product lines conceived to evolve daily with people.Agema-Atheo is a small business based near Orleans, France that works daily to improve severely disabled people and caregiver's life conditions.
